Clients included, senior executives, top-line managers, corporate communicators and investor relations executives; boards of directors, general counsel and outside law firms. R&B was formed in August 1984, closed July 2007.

  • Initiative to encourage use of aircraft to support Manhattan City Center in event of emergency - "Metro Support" (1966) exercise - 300 flights in-out of Manhattan by VTOL and STOL aircraft
  • Encouraging acquisition of Suffolk County Air Force Base at Westhampton, NY for business and private aircraft use (successful - now owned by Suffolk County NY)
  • Encouraged development of network of helicopter facilities at regional hospitals for medi-vac and emergency airlifts; conducted exercises at hospitals to demonstrate utility of concept
  • Encouraged greater cooperation among airlines (commercial aviation), business aircraft users and general aviation pilots
